Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the spbo1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the spbo1 platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the latest version.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and spbo1 management. Users must be 18 years and above to register and use any of the services offered.

2

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the spbo1 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your registration details are accurate, complete, and up to date. Your account password is your responsibility and must not be shared with any other party.

Spbo1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Users who fail to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may face temporary or permanent access restrictions.

3

User Responsibilities and Rules

Users of the spbo1 platform agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Violating any laws or regulations in force in Malaysia.
  • Using bots, automation software, or other technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Spreading false information, harmful content, or engaging in fraud of any kind.
  • Modifying, decompiling, or reproducing any part of the platform without written authorisation.

Any breach of these rules may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal action as appropriate.

4

Payments, Deposits and Transactions

All financial transactions on the spbo1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods listed and approved by the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them. Use of an unauthorised bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited and may result in the transaction being declined and the account suspended.

Spbo1 reserves the right to decline, withhold, or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate platform terms. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may vary.

Any discrepancy or complaint relating to a transaction must be reported to the spbo1 support team within thirty (30) days from the date the transaction in question took place.

5

Liability Limits & Account Policy

Spbo1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or failure of the user's internet connection.

Account suspension may occur under the following circumstances: identity verification failure, detection of suspicious activity, breach of terms, or at the user's own request. Permanent account closure may be carried out without notice in cases of proven fraud or serious violations.

Where an account is closed for valid reasons, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with spbo1's internal procedures following a thorough investigation. Users who are dissatisfied with the outcome may submit an appeal through the official customer support channel.

6

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the spbo1 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of spbo1 and protected under intellectual property law. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without explicit written authorisation.

The spbo1 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. spbo1 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links.

Spbo1 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
